I was looking for GPU Programming Lectures in PTFS lecture 2021 online. It was mentioned there would be a second video regarding it(mentioned in the video 33), but could not find the same

There are two GPU videos in the 2021 lecture:

In the video portal they are listed in the wrong order, maybe that's why you missed the second one.
However, note that the GPU intro lectrure was heavily updated from last year.
