I was wondering if I can resubmit the assignments. it's written that more than one attempt is available, so will this additional attempt be graded or not ?

I believe what you refer to is the fact that students who participated in the last years in the tutorial and submitted their assignments already back then have the chance to submit this year's assignments and get them (and only them) counting into the potential grade booster.
There is no possibility to submit your assignment after the deadline and get it graded.

Could you please clarify your question? It appears you have not submitted any assignments in previous years. Also, for resubmitting assignments from one academic year to the next, students must inform us in advance so we can provide guidance on the relevant rules and procedures.
If you are referring to reattempting by updating your assignment submission multiple times before the deadline, then yes — the system allows this. Only your latest submission before the deadline will be graded.
