Dear PTfS-CAM Students,
I am writing to inform you of an issue that has arisen with oral exam slot registration on Campo. Due to a system error, multiple students have been able to register for the same time slot, leading to scheduling conflicts. Unfortunately, this issue cannot be resolved by the Campo administrators before the exam registration deadline.
To address this, we are considering alternative solutions:
- Please let me know how it appears on your end. Are you able to see if a slot is already booked during registration? If so, kindly ensure you only select a time slot that is not already booked.
- Important change in procedure: Campo will be used only for exam registration. The oral exam time slots will be managed via Moodle. You will find the available time slots posted on Moodle, and only the selections made through Moodle will be considered valid for scheduling.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure a smooth and fair exam process for everyone.
Please respond as soon as possible regarding the first option so we can decide on the best solution.
