Dear PTFS students,
I have started getting many individual emails with the issue of zero second runtime using Intel compiler (and not with gcc compiler) and it’s much overhead to reply individually for the same already-known issue. So this thread is created for all those students.
During the tutorial, I emphasize enough on correctness checks, however you are still missing it in your code and facing this issue. Please print your result (i.e., the Pi value in this benchmark code) to mitigate this issue.
We will explain this issue in detail in the next tutorial.
