Any maintenance issues on Fritz?

For quite a while now ( +/- 30-40 minutes) I try to run a job on Fritz with "srun [...]". Since then I'm stuck with the note "srun: job 68075 queued and waiting for resources" and nothing happens. Same with salloc -> even allocating a node for a very small period of time (5 min) doesn't seem to be possible.

Is there anything wrong with the cluster or is Fritz just heavily busy atm?

the message of the day (displayed upon login) says it all:

 All/most nodes with Infiniband HCAs (i.e. partition multinode) will remain
 reserved in preparation of the Top500 HPL run.
 Login node are available all the time; jobs can be submitted at any time.
