Not able to ssh into the cluster

Hello,

i have been facing an issue in getting access and running a job on the fritz cluster, i have tried multiple times, yet cannot submit a job and while trying to connect to the cluster it shows me this error 

channel 0: open failed: connect failed: Connection refused
stdio forwarding failed
Connection closed by UNKNOWN port 65535

i've asked my team-mates and unfortunately they are also facing the same issue. I have checked my config file on my system and everything seem alright. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue, would be much appreciated.

Same issue, just got an email that the server is down.
Is it possible to extend the assignment deadline?

I was not able to deliver on time due to the unexpected downtime of the clusters since last night. Is it possible to extend the deadline for that reason?

In my consideration, even cluster was available for 6days and 16 hours. There is 8 hours missed. Which is started from last night. I realized because I was working on it. If the grade of assignment 0 is not calculated, and it was only warmup. No problem because I did it. But if it’s calculated, obviously not fair!
