Dear PTfS students,
due to yet another current bug in the Linux kernel, all HPC systems at NHR@FAU had to be taken offline. The issue is considered severe, and many other centers have done the same.
This is, of course, unfortunate, considering the upcoming deadline for Assignment 9. We have therefore decided to postpone the A9 deadline to Wednesday, July 15, 10:00 a.m. This means that the A9 solution will only be discussed in the tutorials next week (together with A10). Of course, Assignment 10 will still be introduced on Thursday and Friday this week, and the second part of the CAM project intro will also be done as planned.
