Are the Fritz nodes on Cluster-on-Die mode? If yes, does likwid takes this into account in likwid-topology?

All LIKWID tools take Cod/SNC into account. You can look up the CoD/SNC state on the HPC documentation webpages or get an interactive job and check it yourself.
