Dear PTfS students,
All nodes or frontends on Fritz should have SNC enabled, and SMT disabled, by default.
In today’s tutorial, students reported that they’re getting both SNC=off and SNC=on results with different login at Fritz. Also, you can see in the recording of both tutorials, for the demo I used the fritz3 front node and it showed the incorrect SNC disabled results for “likwid-topology -g”.
We discovered that the fritz1 and fritz3 front end nodes have a misconfiguration with SNC=off. We have notified the admins to fix that.
Please report the results with correct SNC enabled configuration.
