Dear PTfS students,
All of the compute nodes of Fritz will be unavailable for about 24 hours, maybe more. For this reason we have decided to shift the deadline for the submission of Assignment 8 to Monday, July 4, 12:00 pm (i.e., noon).
You will still be able to use the frontends for interactive work and testing, but batch jobs (interactive or not) will not start during the maintenance.

Dear PTfS students,
sorry for the bad news, but there was a cooling infrastructure failure in the building where the Fritz cluster resides. Currently, no jobs can be run on the cluster. We hope that this problem will be sorted out on Monday. Hence, we will shift the deadline for Assignment 8 again to Tuesday, June 5 at 6 p.m.

Dear PTfS students,
the nodes of Fritz are now available for batch processing again. Since the new deadline for Assignment 8 (tomorrow 6 pm) is now after the Tuesday tutorial, we will cancel that tutorial in the current week. The Wednesday tutorial will take place as usual, and a recording will be available afterwards.
